Welcome to ZeroDetail Marketplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to ZeroDetail Marketplace website and services.
• "Dealer" refers to registered business entities selling vehicles.
• "Valuator" refers to certified professionals conducting vehicle inspections.
• "Vehicle" refers to pre-owned cars listed for sale.
• "Certification" refers to professional inspection reports.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our platform, you must register as a Dealer or Valuator. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

All dealers must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to access full platform features. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification.

4. Vehicle Listings

4.1 Listing Requirements

All vehicles must be listed with accurate information including make, model, year, vehicle number, and asking price. False or misleading listings are prohibited.

4.2 Certification Requirement

All vehicles must undergo professional certification by our authorized valuators before being listed as "Certified".

4.3 Prohibited Vehicles

You may not list stolen vehicles, vehicles with invalid documentation, or vehicles involved in illegal activities.

5. Transactions

5.1 B2B Nature

Our platform is exclusively for B2B (business-to-business) transactions. Retail consumers are not permitted to transact on the platform.

5.2 Lead Submission

Dealers may submit leads/offers on vehicles. All offers are binding for 48 hours once accepted by the seller.

5.3 Transaction Fees

We charge a transaction fee of 2% of the vehicle price upon successful completion of a deal. This fee covers platform maintenance, certification, and mediation services.

6. Certification Services

6.1 Inspection Process

All certifications are conducted by authorized valuators using standardized checklists. Certification reports are comprehensive but not exhaustive.

6.2 Report Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, certification reports are based on visual and mechanical inspection at the time of assessment. We are not liable for issues that develop after certification.

6.3 Certification Validity

Certifications are valid for 30 days from the inspection date. After this period, vehicles must be re-certified.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ZeroDetail Marketplace or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZeroDetail Marketplace acts as a facilitator and is not a party to transactions between dealers. We are not liable for:

• Quality or condition of vehicles
• Accuracy of dealer-provided information
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Financial losses from transactions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm the platform's integrity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
